We always do our best to dispatch orders same day; however, please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery, noting there may be delays during peak season and UK bank holidays.
Please be advised that our rates are non-negotiable and are non-refundable should you return your item(s) for refund.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item(s) in accordance with our return policy.
– All returns must be shipped within 14 days from the original delivery.
– Returned items must be unworn and in the same condition as when purchased.
– Please return in the original packaging and keep any tags attached.
– Please note that a £5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
– The refund can only be issued to the original payment method, and may take up to 72 hours to appear on your bank statement.
– Neither our temperleylondon.com returns portal, nor our stores, can accept Temperley Vintage returns. Kindly follow the below instructions to initiate a return.
– We do not accept exchanges.

To proceed with a return, please follow the next steps:

1. Log into your Temperley Vintage account and register your return.
2. Download and print the pre-paid returns label. This is available in your customer account, under ‘My orders’.
3. Pack the item(s).
4. Drop the parcel off at the location indicated on your returns label.
